New to Heflin Baptist Church?

We’re so glad you’re considering joining us! Here’s what you can expect when you come to worship with us at Heflin Baptist Church.

Where do I go?

We meet each Sunday morning at Heflin Baptist Church, 155 Almon St, Heflin, Alabama. When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by friendly faces from our Ushers who can help direct you and answer any questions you might have. Look for the signs as you enter — we’ll make sure you know right where to go!

How long is the service?

Our worship service typically lasts about one hour and fifteen minutes. You’ll experience uplifting music, heartfelt worship, and a message from God’s Word. Feel free to ask one of our team members any questions before or after the service — we’d love to help!

What do I do with my kids?

We love families at Heflin Baptist Church! All children are welcome to stay in the service with you or join our Children’s Ministry, where they’ll learn about Jesus in a fun, safe environment. Nursery care is available for babies through Pre-K, and children in Kindergarten–6th grade will head to Kids Praise during the sermon time. Every member of our Children’s Ministry team is background-checked to ensure a secure environment.

If it’s your first visit, you can pre-register your children ahead of time or arrive a few minutes early to get them checked in before the service.

What should I wear?

Come as you are! Some wear jeans and others wear their Sunday best — you’ll fit right in either way. We care more about you being here than what you wear.

Is there a way to listen to a message before I come?

Yes! You can listen to our most recent sermons or watch our services on our YouTube channel .

Can I attend if I’m ____________?

Absolutely! No matter your background, story, or situation — you are welcome at Heflin Baptist Church. Come as you are, and join us this Sunday!
